Around the beginning of 1928, Truong Nhu Thi and other Cao Dai dignitaries created Kim Linh. Kim Linh was built at Truong Nhu Thi's house in Tan Long Hoi commune, Cai Nhum district (now Mang Thit district). They are here according to the Tien Thien sect. In 1936, Truong Hoang Ngu, a Cao Dai official, donated 7 land for the construction of a sanctuary. In 1936, Ngoc Son Quang was completed.
